What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the point of contact for all HR related matters in the country.- Ensure the continuous improvement of Latin America HR operations.- Work in collaboration with local Management and global HRBPs to deliver innovative HR solutions for the full lifecycle of employee related issues.- Support Brazil and Mexico HRM on strategic cases and ensure employee and manager communication is process driven, timely and consistent.- Own the communication on all local and global HR programs and resources, in order to support the growth and development of local employees and keep the employee experience on the highest level.- Partner with Global Benefits team to secure a relevant and competitive benefits provision through the annual review process. At all times ensuring that our local brokers and HQ are appropriately involved, influenced and informed.- Actively participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees in the region.- Managing internal and international transfers for new employees into and out of Latin America. Ensuring all approvals are secured, paperwork is completed and recorded, and onboarding/ offboarding processes are followed.- Drive and support HR Events, including but limited to culture building social events, community giving initiatives, and employee engagement events across the region.- Prepare contractual paperwork, including addendums, confirmations and statements as required. Maintain accurate employee records and employment paperwork.- Stretch your capabilities and demonstrate initiative by taking part in regional and worldwide HR projects

What we need to see:
- 8-10 years of HR experience with proven ownership and responsibility on national level including understand local laws and Benefits- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish is a bonus)- A depth of experience in a fast-paced and hands-on role, preferably with a multi-BU, global environment and a diverse employee base- Technical Skills: (MS Office Suite, Experience with Workday or other HRIS)- Good organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, good time management and task prioritization skills.- Dedicated and able to work with a minimum of supervision and agile mentality, with excellent attention to detail and a sound sense ownership as well as pride in the quality of work completed
