**A sua missão**
- Create regional controls to monitor C2S and Performance - KPIs and action plans;
- Monitor Performance (Transport and WH) - KPIs and action plans;
- Monitor C2S (Transport and WH) - KPIs and action plans;
- Propose and execute projects that positively impact PD performance in the region;
- Monitor higher priority projects in the region related to the evolution of PD led by local teams;
- Carry out regional benchmarking between PF Subs to encourage local development in countries;
- Support the standardization of processes between Subs, respecting local specificities;
- Regional focal point for global PD forums;
- Create regional PD reports of project and KPIs;
- Report regional PD KPIs to the region and to the HQ;
- Be the regional technical reference in PD;
- Monitor other topics related to PD in the region’s subs: 3PL management; Contract management; Strategic Sourcing; IT systems (ERP/WMS/TMS); People (Profile, seniority, skills); Sizing and organizational structure; Governance and Culture; Controls and BI.
