SUMMARY
A dual language position, the Marketing Executive, LATAM role will be to assist and support the International Marketing/LATAM team with a focus on coordinating events and supporting marketing activities based in the Brazil and LATAM countries. You will work as part of a well-established team, with full mix aspects to the role, you will also be involved with social media and lead generation campaigns, product marketing activities, communications and direct marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the delivery of campaigns through all stages of creative development, translation, production and delivery Support all LATAM events through research, co-ordination and social activity. Manage events calendar for the region, ensuring it is up to date and communicated through the team Assist in the development of quality content and assets to support campaigns and thought leadership Operationalize social media activity across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, aligned with regional and global strategy. This role will be responsible for scheduling, posting and campaign set-up via Hubspot, working with manager and global teams on content Create weekly activity updates for sales teams with key campaign assets for them to communicate Support client and prospect engagement through gifting and direct mail initiatives, including sourcing products and collateral, collating correct recipient contact details and arranging delivery Support translation by reviewing content translated by third parties and carrying out ad-hoc translation requests, ensuring all published content is of a professional standard and accurately portrays the Rakuten Advertising brand
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

Command of a second language, Spanish, is preferred and the ability to speak and write English to a professional standard is a must.
Experience in day-to-day social media management
Demonstrable experience organizing events, preferably including a mixture of small gatherings to large tradeshows
Ability to write engaging content, adjusted for the audience and the medium
A positive, can-do mentality, even when under pressure
Excellent organizational and time management skills, coupled with proven ability to set priorities, manage deadlines and multi-task across different projects
Adaptive to change and can balance repetitive tasks with larger-scale projects
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role and or equivalent experience in event marketing, campaign management, or communications
