O Técnico de Preparação de Equipamentos é responsável por garantir que os equipamentos sejam entregues no prazo e de acordo com as demandas operacionais. O Técnico de Preparação de Equipamentos melhora a confiabilidade dos ativos de equipamentos da Divisão e aumenta a utilização e a eficiência dos ativos. Essa pessoa reduz o custo de prestação de serviços (CoSD).

Responsabilidades Adicionais
- Auxiliar o Líder e Engenheiro de Preparação de Equipamentos na preparação de equipamentos para trabalhos.
- Executar ordens de serviço (WOs) conforme atribuído, geralmente envolvendo manutenção não invasiva relacionada à preparação final de equipamentos de superfície e de fundo de poço e caixas prontas.
- Verificar o status das certificações e calibrações dos equipamentos.
- Realizar ou auxiliar nos testes de função final, como calibração, inspeção, certificação ou verificação, que podem incluir Verificação de Combinação Operacional de Wireline, teste de pressão, calibração de medição, inspeção metrológica.
- Executar WOs conforme atribuídos através do Sistema Informatizado de Gerenciamento de Manutenção da Divisão, garantindo a conformidade com o trabalho padrão e a precisão e integridade dos dados de WO.
- Ajudar a preparar e organizar a documentação necessária relacionada a atividades como calibrações, testes de funcionamento, certificações de materiais, inspeções e, se necessário, controle de qualidade e inspeções de terceiros.
- Preparar equipamentos e peças sobressalentes críticas associadas para envio e preparação para um local ou zona de carregamento pré-determinado.
- Carregar equipamentos em caminhões na ausência de apoio de planejamento básico ou operacional, ou do Operador ou Técnico de Preparação de Equipamentos.
- Adote uma ética de trabalho de melhoria contínua e participe de iniciativas para melhorar a eficiência e a produtividade na prontidão de equipamentos, CoSD e utilização de ativos por meio de processos de manutenção.
- Cumprir os padrões de Gestão do Ciclo de Vida de Tecnologia da Divisão e o Sistema de Gestão de Competências.
- Manutenção cabeça de cimentação e packer
- Formação: Técnico em mecânica CFT ativo
- Experiência com manutenção - Packer, cabeça de cimentação (offshore e/ou onshore)
- Conhecer circuito pneumatico, hidraulico
- Desejavel inglês intermediário/avançado
- Pacote Office intermediário
- Desejavel conhecimento sistema MAXIMO
