**What you will do**:
- Always be up-to-date with the cutting-edge technology;
- Become an expert of digital banking platform and constantly grow;
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT-companies.
**Requirements**:
- Native-like Japanese and English;
- Desire to learn, research, and develop;
- Analytical & Research Skills;
- Customer oriented and responsible attitude.
**Will be a great plus**:
- Experience with CRM systems;
- Experience in Customer Support;
- Experience with native speakers;
- International exchange programs participation.
