Será responsável por realizar atividades de suporte aos processos administrativos, em todas as áreas da empresa;
- Organização e entrada de documentação/informação em sistema e planilhas;
- Elaboração de relatórios e planilhas de acordo com as diretrizes da área de atuação;
- Monitorar coletas e entregas junto aos fornecedores, comunicar atrasos e razões para gestor da área, lidar com devoluções, desvios e mudanças de pedidos;
- Cadastro de fornecedores no sistema;
- Manejar questões de suporte administrativo, técnico ou de suporte ao cliente interno;
- Alinhar prioridades e trabalhos com gestor da área.
