Main Purpose:
Responsible for strategies definition for sales orders management activities and channels, franchisee management. Ensures company alignment to accomplish goals with excellent franchisee organization, channel access and order delivery process. Analyzes future scenarios that impacts long time plans for the company. Acts in the development, review and maintenance of processes and procedures in the areas, lead and manage the activities of the teams to meet company goals.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s in administration, Engineering or Agronomy.
- Advanced English.
- Solid experience in areas related to Customer Service and/or Planning.
- Solid experience in leadership positions.
- Advanced knowledge of channel and customer service management.
- Great knowledge of order releasing, delivery, controllership, procedures. And general knowledge for transportation, other supply chain area.
- Desirable marketing and sales experience.
- Desirable knowledge of Six Sigma tools and process improvement methodology.
