The Manager, Creative Linear of is responsible for the creation of high quality, cutting edge and award winning promotional campaigns for WBD brands in its different territories. She/ He is responsible of planning strategies for those campaigns. A key part of the job is to assign and oversee creative projects among members of the team that are located in in different facilities. She or He is an important liaison with Operations, Consumer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media and Programming for the alignment of the brand.

Principal Responsibilities:
1. Concept creative for a variety of needs across platforms, including: show launches, episodic promos, branded content, movie campaigns, cross-promos, stunts, etc.
2. Oversees execution of writing, production, post-production and delivery of campaigns for HBO
3. Localize content campaigns
4. Work with Director and Operations Managers to create, update and adapt workflows
5. Work closely and in seamless synergy with the Art Department
6. Work closely with Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Digital, Streaming, PR, Social Media and Programming
7. Coach and guide the development of Creative talent within the team
8. Set goals for creative members of the team and oversee their day-to-day operations

Job Requirements

9. Experience in Media, TV, Production company, or News outlet
10. Fluency in English and/or Spanish
11. Experience working in Latin America (preferred)
12. International travel is required

13. BS/BFA Degree or equivalent (Marketing, Media, Journalism, Communications, Broadcast, Digital)
