**Sobre o time**:
A equipe de **Faturamento (Order2Invoice)** que faz parte do SAP Global Shared Services Center é responsável por gerenciar a emissão de faturas pendentes das linhas de negócio de cloud, manutenção e software. O foco principal é a emissão das notas em tempo e conforme os guides globais da empresa (tentando de cumprir com os requerimentos dos clientes), melhorando assim a experiência de nossos deles e posteriormente o fluxo de caixa da empresa.

Esse papel é caracterizado por tarefas bem definidas e relevantes dentro da equipe. O estagiário de faturamento realizará um trabalho de alta relevância para a empresa, que possui uma carteira de clientes definida e fixa, trabalhando em estreita colaboração com os demais colaboradores da equipe que possuem grande experiência na área.

**Localização**: São Paulo, Brasil

**Nessa oportunidade você irá**:
A posição é para a equipe de faturamento de America Latina & Caribe para os países da Argentina, Chile e Peru, portanto o idioma **Espanhol/Castelhano deve ser falado e escrito de forma fluente e avançada**.
- Processamento de bookings de novos contratos;
- Gerenciamento da relação com clientes internos e externos;
- Revisão de novas oportunidades de vendas (quotes);
- Colaboração com outras áreas dentro e fora do financeiro;
- Participação ativa nas atividades de fechamento mensal, trimestral e anual;
- Processo de coleta de PO(s) (ordens de compra);
- Participação em projetos globais;
- Outras tarefas relevantes da área.

**Experiência e requisitos MANDATÓRIOS**:

- Inglês escrito e oral fluente (MANDATÓRIO/ PREFERÊNCIALMENTE);
- Espanhol escrito e oral avançado (MANDATORIO);
- Estar se formado em carreiras no campo das ciências econômicas ou administrativas (PREFERÊNCIALMENTE).
