Sobre o time:
A equipe de Hub Sales & Finance faz parte de um novo projeto da SAP Brasil para melhorar o atendimento e experiência de nossos clientes e parceiros entanto os acompanhamos na migração de uma estrutura de OnPremise para a nuvem. A complexidade do negócio de Cloud nos demanda uma nova forma de gerir nosso relacionamento com nossos clientes e esse projeto procura tal objetivo envolvendo topicos comerciais e financeiros.

O Hub será o nexo da área comercial e financeiro e ao invés, pois será um canal de comunicação fluente e facilitador para resolver problemas das duas índoles (comercial e finanças).

A área faz parte de um novo projeto e o papel é caracterizado por algumas tarefas predefinidas e outras que irão se decidindo com o decorrer do projeto. Com certeza o time vai trabalhar em estreita colaboração com várias equipes da organização, como Vendas, Contas a Receber, Faturamento e outras áreas das quais devera possuir o conhecimento para o correto atendimento dos clientes.

**Localização**: São Paulo, Brasil

Nessa oportunidade você irá:

- Gerenciamento e monitoramento do faturamento de notas, tanto já emitidas como a serem emitidas;
- Contato proativo com os clientes para garantir o atendimento, satisfação e resolução de problemas de qualquer índole (a capacidade de análise será fundamental);
- Trabalhar muito próximo com clientes internos e externos;
- Escalação de casos em que o gerenciamento está dificultando o atingimento dos objetivos, para garantir o fluxo do processo;
- Proposta de melhoras aos processos garantindo uma melhor experiência de nossos clientes.
- Outras tarefas a serem definidas conforme o decorrer do projeto.

Quem você é:

- Alta capacidade de resolução de problemas;
- Conhecimento contábil & administração;
- Foco e qualidade no atendimento ao cliente;
- Alto grau de comunicação e boa gestão (verbal e escrita);
- Trabalhar sob pressão, por objetivos e resultados;
- Princípios de segurança e tecnologia da informação;

- Colaboração e trabalho em equipe;
- Capacidade analítica;
- Saiba como organizar e ter uma atitude positiva como “você pode”.

Experiência e requisitos MANDATÓRIOS:

- Inglês escrito e oral fluente (MANDATÓRIO);
- Espanhol escrito e oral avançado (PREFERÊNCIALMENTE/PLUS);
- Estar se formado em carreiras no campo das ciências econômicas ou administrativas (PREFERÊNCIALMENTE).
