Marketing Event Manager

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences? Do you have a knack for turning ideas into stunning events? Khan Tech is seeking a **Marketing Event Manager** to lead the charge in organizing world-class exhibitions and events in the dynamic iGaming industry.
**What You’ll Do**:
Event Strategy & Creativity:
Develop concepts and innovative ideas for company exhibitions and events.
Represent the company at global industry events such as ICE London, SiGMA, and more, showcasing our brand to the world.
Support colleagues during business trips/events, ensuring they have an exceptional experience.
Project Management & Planning:
Manage event projects from conception to execution, ensuring every detail is flawless.
Conduct in-depth analytics and research to optimize event performance.
Exhibition & Stand Organization:
Plan and oversee the design, production, and setup of company stands for industry-leading exhibitions.
Manage the entire lifecycle of exhibitions, from setup to tear-down and follow-up.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Liaise with suppliers, venues, contractors, vendors, exhibitors, and internal stakeholders throughout the event planning process.
Event Operations:
Coordinate logistics, ensuring all aspects of event operations run seamlessly.
Awards Management:
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience organizing exhibitions and company stands for major events like ICE London, SiGMA, and similar industry showcases.
- Expertise in event management, preferably in the iGaming industry.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- A creative, solution-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Passion for delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
