**About This Role**

We are looking for an operationally-savvy, hands-on and results-focused **Regional Manager **to partner with the founders and leadership team and help drive growth as well as all country-related activities from business, team and operations (including relationships with our telco partner and regulator)

They will be expected to manage all business performance and operations within **Brazil** and **Colombia**, **from P&L responsibility, devising a robust go-to-market strategy, to executing relentlessly to meet country-level growth metrics.

**Key objectives**:

- Develop an overall growth roadmap that contribute towards various "North Star" metrics in line with the broader organisational strategy (revenue/ adoption/ transactions)
- Strengthen relationships with key partners (telecom operators as well as regulators) to enable growth and continued smooth operations in-country
- Build a high-performing, passionate and tight-knit team; set challenging goals and actively coach/ provide regular feedback to help them reach their full potential
- Work closely with the founders and the leadership team in Singapore to foster and maintain harmonious relationships; ensure business alignment and effective resource management to deliver a competitive advantage

**Job Requirements**:

- 15+ years of professional working experience, at least 5 of which at Country GM-level (or equivalent)
- 10+ years of experience within the B2C industry, ideally MVNO's, Start-ups, E-Commerce (or-related industry) or one that has experienced rapid growth and expansion
- Experience in a start-up or fast paced company with demonstrated growth
- Established operational experience in managing a P&L and leading a sales & marketing organisation
- Proven track record of leading teams whilst building and scaling a business
- Some telco knowledge would be preferable
