- ** Your Role **:Manager is responsible to identify and generate new business opportunities for KN Renewable Energy Logistics. They have a deep understanding of the renewable market. They spend most of the time in customer-facing activities, hunting for new business and working hand in hand with Pricing and Customer Excellence Teams. They do personally own an account portfolio.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Map, define and coordinate the development of target accounts and ensure their growth jointly with regionally involved stakeholders and focus in the Regional Industrial Partner Accounts in coordination with Regional and NKAMs
- Identify potential target accounts and pursue business opportunities in alignment with Regional, specifically in the Energy Generation industry (Renewable) with focus in Brazil and Brazilian decision-making companies - Brazil to Region
- Coordinate set-up of a proper structure, build, and maintain strategic relationships with key subcontractors, stakeholders on the customer side
- Support bidding set up and strategy for Regional Key Opportunities as defined by Regional. Review tendering strategy together with Regional and support tender during bidding stages until award
- Provide technical (responsibility matrix, obtaining relevant information from various sources, populating bid document) and commercial (sourcing rates and terms and conditions, proposing commercial / yield management strategy) bid support in key business opportunities
- Support in or conduct transport feasibility and logistics infrastructure assessments
- Development and implementation of standard operational procedure (SOP) and key performance indicators (KPI)
- Negotiations with third parties such as transporters, crane operators, stevedores, aviation agents etc. in alignment with KN contractual scope
- Identification of out-of-scope opportunities, claim management, change order processing, yield management

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in Project Logistics industry, especially in Industrial Projects and Energy Logistics
- Strong business development experience with ability to manage global key accounts
- In-depth knowledge in technical and commercial tender management (incl RFQ analysis and preparation) and writing contract specific SOPs
- Analytical skills, excellent networking abilities and judgment he/she quickly identifies critical issues and understands industry specific and general business conduct related implications and requirements
- Strong negotiations skills and experience with contracts and legal interfacing
- Ability and assertive power to convince people to work towards a common goal, also against resistance and in difficult environments. Highly collaborative style
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels and lead teams of project experts
- Ability to challenge the status quo, ability to drive solutions and innovation, self-starter, curious, determined, resilient, ability to assimilate to many cultures within and throughout the region
- Flexibility for international travel and short term assignments
