Business Development Manager

Resumo da vaga e empresa: Cliente do segmento financeiro, busca Gerente de Vendas, para abertura de mercado e grandes negociações comerciais.

Responsabilidades:

  1. Desenvolvimento e execução de estratégias abrangentes de desenvolvimento de negócios para impulsionar o crescimento da receita, alinhadas às políticas da empresa;

  2. Futuramente a liderança, orientação e inspiração de uma equipe de alto desempenho para alcançar objetivos pessoais e sucesso coletivo;

  3. Construção e cultivo de parcerias sólidas com clientes existentes e partes interessadas chave, como varejistas de smartphones;

  4. Identificação, avaliação e prospecção de novas oportunidades de negócios;

  5. Negociação eficaz para garantir negócios impactantes alinhados com os objetivos da empresa dentro das diretrizes definidas;

  6. Colaboração perfeita com diversos departamentos, incluindo marketing, desenvolvimento de produtos, risco, operações e finanças, para garantir alinhamento e execução coesa;

  7. Análise de dados de desempenho, tendências de comportamento do consumidor e insights competitivos para identificar e implementar oportunidades de crescimento;

  8. Desenvolvimento de estratégias regionais em colaboração com equipes locais, adaptando abordagens às dinâmicas e necessidades específicas do mercado;

  9. Relatórios e comunicação eficazes com diversas partes interessadas.

Requisitos: 

  • Vivências na área financeira com vendas, desenvolvimento de negócios e liderança de equipe;
  • Superior completo em Administração de Empresas ou áreas afins;
  • Inglês intermediário obrigatório;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens quinzenais;

Contrato CLT, atuação Híbrida e remuneração variável trimestral.
