**Job Description** The Opportunity**:
Mattel is currently seeking an**_ Associate Consumer Products _**to be responsible for Licensing business, product consumption, focused on the Softlines categories

**What Your Impact Will Be***
- Monitor the day-to-day activities of licensees in the Stationery and Backpacks categories, creating relationships with the main contacts of each licensed company and actively participating in the development of the Back-to-School strategy.
- Providing operational support to the Softlines manager focused on the Footwear category.
- Interfacing with the Global and Regional teams to resolve and approve products, MKT and POS materials, creating briefs to support the global creative.
- Supporting a variety of category demands.
- Support for general CP events, with the potential to lead some projects such as the CP Summit and Licensing Con, which are the two main events of the year.
