**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Liderar e desenvolver equipes (Coordenador, Assistente e Estagiário de operações processuais);
- Planejar e Executar operacionalmente Campanhas de alta complexidade;
- Liderar reuniões de planejamento, status e resultados.
- Realizar reuniões de alinhamento com o cliente e Coordenador de Operações;
- Alinhar escopo, cronograma e conteúdo em colaboração com clientes e Coordenador de Campanhas;
- Garantir envio dos resultados das campanhas e fornecedores ao time de Business Intelligence;
- Realizar análise dos contratos com fornecedores e clientes;
- Diagnosticar oportunidades de melhorias e trazer insights;
- Utilizar a Tagger para gestão de campanhas e projetos;
- Levantar feedback dos NPS coletados para análise e tomada de decisão;
- Garantir o Fluxo de Informações interno com as expectativas do cliente;
- Checar as entregas de conteúdo;
- Incentivo aos clientes para utilização da plataforma Tagger.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Formação em Relações públicas, Publicidade, Jornalismo, e/ou área correlatas;
- Experiência em atendimento de campanhas publicitárias, marketing de influência e/ou eventos.
- Conhecimento em pacote office;
- Experiência em liderar equipes.
