**1. Job Overview**
- Provide Strategic Sourcing & Procurement and other co-workers timely, high-quality data analysis, reports and other deliverables
- Coordinate, update and keep data clean in available Systems
- Support Procurement Digital implementation in the P+ 2.0 Global Program.
- Provide support for primarily the Procure Plus Campaigns (process design and continuous improvement planning initiatives) and sourcing (complex categories) projects across AFLA and in certain occasions various Business Groups
- Develop Power BIs Dashboards with Procurement KPIs and other data
- Detailed quantitative analysis and problem solving as required to support Procure Plus

**3. Principal Accountabilities**

**Procure Plus Program**
- Support the delivery of the Procure Plus program, enable cross-functional and cross Business Group engagement
- Support in the development of Procurement Capabilities across Amcor and ensure they are “Gold Standard”, including presentation materials, participant handbooks, facilitator guides, etc.
- Lead the development of assigned capabilities
- Assist in the identification, establishment, and codification of best practices in Procurement
- Drive Supplier Performance assessment process
- align front-end dashboard
- Support categories in supplier on-boarding

**Data Analysis, Modelling, Reporting**
- Support Procurement leadership and co-workers in all data requests. Use analytic techniques to support sourcing and procurement projects. Establish and maintain communication channels with leadership, key team members, and internal business units for data gathering/analysis and to support their business requirements
- Assist Category Management teams in the execution of opportunity/benefit assessment e.g. spend, cost/benefit analysis and reporting, etc.
- Extract data from ERP systems, analyse and model data and provide reporting. Support review and assessment of efficiencies within businesses, identifying opportunities and providing improvement recommendations
- Perform market analysis and identify key evaluation data elements.
- Connect systems and input together with plants and categories
- Evaluate Company Financial KPIs to track Savings Projects in P&L

**Relationship Management**
- Build constructive relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs
- Collaborate with relevant functions to ensure understanding and compliance with key procurement strategies

**Occupational Health, Safety and Environment**

Work in accordance with the responsibilities and authorities described in Appendix 2

- Effectively liaise with multiple stakeholders, sometimes with conflicting needs and priorities

**6. Qualifications/Requirements**

**6.1 Formal Qualifications and Experience**

**Knowledge and Experience**
- 5 years of work experience in comparable position or appropriate consulting roles
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel (programming and building macros) and advanced PowerBI Skills
- Excellent quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills required
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Basic Financial knowledge Desirable (KPIs)
- Excellent communication ability with all level of organization
- High level of customer service
- Organization and coordination of multiple, coinciding and often conflicting priorities
