**1. Job Overview**
- Provide Procurement and other co-workers timely, high-quality data analysis, reports and other deliverables.
- Support the P&L Impact from savings projects, with deep analysis and identifying the possible leakages.
- Deploy the methodology for all AFLA, analysing a higher number of projects and improving the P&L Conversion.
- Work in the leakages with the team to increase the P&L Impact and bring more value to AMCOR;
- Support our Procurement team to construct projects baseline aligned with the P&L Impact.
- Support Procurement to calculate the savings related to TCO Projects
- P&L Dashboard Update
- Provide support to managers on financial and accounting issues for the composition of new projects.
- Analyse and monitor unit costs and expenses when linked to projects.
- Conduct analysis and calculation of project’s industrial costs.
- Analyse profitability of each project, preparing reports and statements.
- Analyse product margins when necessary.
- Prepare management reports and conduct audits.

**3. Principal Activities**

**Data Management**
- Support Procurement leadership and co-workers in all data requests. Use analytic techniques to support sourcing and procurement projects. Establish and maintain communication channels with leadership, key team members, and internal business units for data gathering/analysis and to support their business requirements
- Assist Category Management teams in the execution of opportunity/benefit assessment e.g. spend, cost/benefit analysis and reporting, etc.
- Extract data from ERP systems, analyse and model data and provide reporting. Support review and assessment of efficiencies within businesses, identifying opportunities and providing improvement recommendations.
- Connect systems and input together with plants and categories.
- Evaluate Company Financial KPIs to track Savings Projects in P&L
- Analyse and monitor projects, checking leakage, reviewing and identifying possible deviations as well as requesting corrections when necessary to ensure adequate project control.
- Analyse project costs and expenses, checking and analysing quantities, values, classifications, as well as analysing what was budgeted with what was realized and requesting corrections when necessary in order to develop the correct calculation of the projects.
- Prepare reports and statements, analysing data and compiling information to facilitate project management;
- Help with the composition of new projects to build a baseline closer to savings with total gains;
- Prepare and analyse product margins, checking costs, stocks and others in order to provide support for financial management when necessary to evaluate projects;
- Prepare management reports, analysing and compiling data and information, preparing presentations to facilitate company management;

**Relationship Management**
- Build constructive relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and Evaluate P&L impact from procurement savings
- Collaborate with relevant functions to ensure understanding and compliance with key procurement strategies
- Provide support to managers on financial and accounting issues, providing
