This position should plan, implement, and monitor commercial capabilities projects focused on **Digital and Commercial Execution initiatives** for all Field Center Bottlers, through a collaborative process with bottlers and key internal stakeholders. The goal is to capture market value opportunities, increase NPS and deliver business targets for the region. This position is also responsible to understand local needs, define roadmap, unleash bottler potential through better execution and prioritize capabilities tools implementation for the region.

This position will be responsible for:

- Lead and facilitate strategic and annual business plan (ABP), ensuring Digital and Commercial Execution plans reflect mid-to-long term growth strategies
- Be an expert in local market trends, competitor strategies and social economic variables, guaranteeing relevancy of national and local plans implementations. Defining Digital and Commercial Execution plans targets and pointing out risks and opportunities
- Deeply understand local customer needs in Key Channels, to develop plans / commercial and digital tools to increase revenue, transactions, volume, NPS and related key metrics
- Improve internal processes, support tools implementation and RTM (Route to Market) revisions, in order to maximize speed and effectiveness of company's response to changing market conditions and enhance VTM (Value to Market)
- Support RTM on Digital and Commercial Execution implementation and roll out
- Lead / support B2B and B2C initiatives and implementation
- Support functional areas in development and execute regional marketing plans
- Monitor Bottler´s performance to identify and develop plans to address business opportunities.
- Maintain routines with Latam, Hub, Franchise and Bottler´s points of contact, ensuring communication flow and alignment
- Manage implementation and track results of Digital and Commercial Execution plans with the Bottler, appraising execution, analyzing tracking reports and communicating results to KO System
- Accountable to provide information, feedback and inputs for National plans such as VTM, Distribution Agreements expansion, Commercial Capabilities plans based on local consumer and customers need and validate execution assumptions
- Propose resource allocation seeking productivity on both Digital and Commercial Execution initiatives and maximizing funds use
- Build and control operations DME, Capex and Opex assuring align with bottlers and correct budget allocation to address strategic priorities

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Experience within the Coca Cola System or within the Industry.
- Desired Bottlers Marketing and Commercial experience.
- Portuguese is required; English and Spanish are preferred;
