- We are looking for a talent with strong organizational skills and attention to details, to be part of our Husbandry Agent Americas Team in Santos/SP office.

Wilhelmsen Port Services (WPS) is part of the Wilhelmsen holding, which has been a global provider of services and products to the maritime industry for over 162 years. As part of a global corporation, we support the business processes of the entire organization and all maritime fleet customers around the world, providing port services, maritime products, and services in general.- What will you do?- The Husbandry Agent will be responsible to coordinate the customers’ requirements related to the ship’s Personnel (crew change, land and see transportation, hotel booking, medical assistance and others) and related to the ship’s Technical (spare parts delivery, cash to master, supplies, disposals, inspection and others) in the ports of the American continent. - Experience from the marine industry, preferably ships agency operations.
- Fluent English - both written and spoken. Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and systematically.
- Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or currently studying is a plus.
- Reasonable standard with experience rather than formal education.
- Self-motivated and result orientated.
- Proactive, well organized, and possesses ability to anticipate issue to facilitate preventive measures.
- Problem solving skills with ability to make fast and sound judgement.
- Ability to effectively plan & direct an operation without compromising on safety to personnel and vessel dealing with different tasks and deadlines.
