**Papel na empresa**: Repsonsável pelo gerenciamento de clientes da base, hunter e tração de novos leads. **Atividades a serem desenvolvidas**: Onboarding do cliente; Realizar reuniões mensais de Garantia da qualidade dos Serviços prestados; Realizar visitas ou reuniões periódicas a clientes da base; Interação com time Commercial, Marketing, Delivery, Support e Administrative Finantial; Analisar NPS e gerar plano de ação em conjunto com o Coordenador de SQUAD; Upsell + Cross sell (identificar e qualificar oportunidades); Retenção e renovação de clientes; **Skills obrigatórias**: Vivência com atendimento ao Cliente; Disponibilidade para viagens; Bom de relacionamento interpessoal; Conhecimento sobre desenvolvimento, dados ou IA; Perfil ágil e inovador; Independente; Autogestão; Experiência com pacote Office; Organização; Foco em resultados; Experiência com vendas complexas; **Skills desejáveis (diferencial)**: Conhecimento em Azure Devops Boards; Inglês fluente.
