Customer Success Manager

Olá, estamos em busca de um CSM (Customer Success Manager), que irá atuar na gestão de projetos e treinamentos corporativos.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Gestão de múltiplas contas do Brasil - Responsável por onboarding, retenção e relacionamento com clientes;
- Construir relacionamentos de longo prazo com o cliente, fornecendo informações proativas para o melhor uso da plataforma;
- Trabalhar de forma estratégica, analisando KPIs e interações com a plataforma, a fim de identificar oportunidades e possíveis cenários de churn, trabalhando de forma proativa e não reativa;
- Criar uma rotina de acompanhamento e comunicação com os clientes;
- Estruturar e atualizar as comunicações necessárias durante toda a jornada dos clientes;
- Planejar, entregar e acompanhar ações de engajamento;
- Realizar palestras de Go Live de projetos e também palestras visando alcançar maior utilização do portal;
- Construção e análise de relatórios de utilização e progresso;
- Atuar na melhoria contínua dos processos de CS.
**Pré-requisitos**:
- Formação Superior completa
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação escrita e oral;
- Familiaridade com tecnologia e disposição para aprender novas ferramentas e processos.
- Extrema organização e experiência com ferramentas do gSuite, principalmente Sheets, Docs e Slides;
- Experiência com treinamentos e apresentações;
- Experiência em gestão de contas e atendimento ao cliente;
- Idiomas: Português (nativo) e Inglês (avançado/fluente); Espanhol será considerado um diferencial.
- Muita proatividade e alta capacidade de tomar decisões sob pressão;
- Extrema vontade de aprender e constantemente melhorar;
