**HR Operations Specialist**:

As we progress with our tier level approach in the HR function, the North America HR delivery team will develop to be strategic player in assuring compliance and strategic HR operational delivery in the region.

In this role, you will develop an in-depth, wing-to-wing knowledge of company HR operations systems & processes. This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions while providing coverage and support as needed. Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvement. Promote “Best in Class” service while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers.

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Being responsible for the successful execution of one or more HR Operations process(s)
- Managing service delivery metrics and/or third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned process(s)
- Driving increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization and simplification within assigned area (s)
- Fostering a culture of customer service excellence and continuous process improvement by providing “Best in Class” customer service and advise on complex questions/requests from employees, businesses and HR partners
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and Baker Hughes policy requirements
- Developing effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication
- Continuously building and sharing area of expertise; keep current with internal and external updates and changes
- Providing ad-hoc operational support for assigned process

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have experience in HR, Finance and/or Sourcing and/or equivalent education from an accredited academic institution
- Have previous experience in HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits, and Leave of Absence.
- Have experience in HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits, or Global Mobility Services
- Have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Be able to show a good knowledge of HR policies, processes and tools
- Display a good customer service-orientation mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Be proficient in English

Desired requirements:

- Have previous work experience in the United States, Canada, Trinidad and Tobago, and Guyana.
- Be proficient with SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow
