**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales leadership roles within the digital sector.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Passion for sports is essential
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide a diverse sales team.
- In-depth understanding of the digital landscape, including digital marketing and technology trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using data to inform decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to adapt to evolving market conditions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with the goals and objectives of digital companies.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance sales team focused on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Provide guidance on prospecting, lead generation, and effective sales techniques.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in digital companies.
- Collaborate with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Drive the acquisition of new business through targeted prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to the executive team.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a holistic and customer-centric approach.
