Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

- Desenvolver métricas preditivas para auxiliar na geração de resultados de negócios;
- Auxiliar na criação de dashboards operacionais;
- Identificar atividades críticas e ajudar a padronizar processos;
- Desenvolver rotina para planos de ações mapeados e resolução de problemas de causa e efeito;
- Construir relações fortes com as equipes parceiras para identificar e desbloquear gargalos, redes de transporte downstream e upstream.

**Requirements**:

- O que você precisa para assumir o desafio- Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia, Logística, Administração de Empresas e afins.
- Conhecimento avançado em Pacote Office;
- Conhecimento em Power BI;
- Experiência e conhecimento em criação de dashboards.
