The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Elaborar planos logísticos,
- Atualizar e planejar rotas e trajetos,
- identificar soluções rápidas e eficientes para a operação.
- Acompanhar os indicadores de desempenho da equipe
- Gerar relatórios de performance;
- Realizar o acompanhamento de reuniões técnicas e apresentação de resultados
- Aplicar treinamentos remotos
**Requirements**:
- Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em administração, logística, engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
- Conhecimentos de operações de e-commerce (integrações, HUB, ERP, logística etc.)
- Conhecimento intermediário em Excel, Power Point e Google Sheets.
