**Job Description**:
Our Medical Devices business segment produces a broad range of innovative products and solutions used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopedics, neurological disease, vision care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, and aesthetics.
At J&J Medical Devices Brazil, we are recruiting a Pricing Specialist, located in São Paulo.
Reporting to the Country Pricing Supervisor, the Specialist will be the responsible for Strategic Pricing focusing on accelerate Medical Devices revenue management.
She/He will partner with several commercial areas to redesign the way we currently work, seeking to identifying opportunities and building strong revenue management recommendations. Our gool is to develop and implement the Brazil pricing strategy ensuring business objectives are accomplished.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the driver of the Price Increase process from end-to-end, fully engaging and providing to Sales teams analysis, guidance and specific recommendations to drive revenue and gross profit optimization
- Responsible for ensuring the execution and tracking of the price increase, with strong interaction with the commercial and finance teams to provide quantitative and qualitative information as a source for official reports and for dissemination in the Medical Devices division
- Be part of the annual Business Plan process, leading the commercial team in planning the price increase of the accounts and providing information to the Finance team for official reporting
- Conduct presentations to committees and business leaders

**Qualifications**
**Qualifications**:
- Education level required: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Analytical know-how, planning and detailed understanding of numbers
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills is required. SAP/Tableau Solutions/PowerBI Skills is desirable
- Language: Advanced/Fluent Skills in English is required (presentations, listening and written); Spanish is a plus
- Availability to work in São Paulo
Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience in Financial Planning, preferably working with Sales business partners and/or revenue management/Pricing is desirable
- Modelling skills, being able to navigate ambiguity, set and align key assumptions, provide in depth analyses and summarize recommendations according to the respective audience
- Experience with reports & analysis, planning process, improvements in execution within her/his scope, ad hoc presentations for business leaders
- Ability to connect and influence several business partners, developing sound relationships with them
- Ability to influence business decisions with robust analyses and concise summaries
- Resilience to handle fluid environmental changes and business complexity, bouncing back frequently
