**O que buscamos?**

**Delivery Manager com sólida atuação em projetos SAP e não SAP**

Orientar e capacitar os novos Gerentes de Operações/Projetos;
Gerenciar a capacidade de execução do time;
Garantir o alinhamento estratégico das operações/projetos ao programa da vertical;
Liderar múltiplos times de operações/projetos em todas fases do ciclo de vida de execução (pré-venda, formação do time, onboarding e kick off, execução, encerramento);
Gerenciar planos de ações e orientar estratégia para recuperação de projetos/operações, realizando contato direto com o Cliente quando necessário;
Realizar executivo para alta direção e auxílio a tomada de decisão estratégica;
Gerenciar riscos e elaboração de planos de ação do programa da vertical;
Gerenciar o orçamento e resultado financeiro das operações/projetos e programa da vertical de negócios;
Promover boas práticas de gestão de produtos/serviços/projetos;
Propor otimização de processos e inovações;
Apoiar a decisão de escolhas de ferramentas de gestão;
Realizar as avaliações de desempenho e feedback dos GO/GP/líderes;
Promover engajamento, valores e cultura organizacional;
Garantir alinhamento entre diferentes áreas da empresa;
Mediar conflitos e disputas, garantindo sempre o melhor resultado para o cliente e negócio;
Orientar GOs/GPs a explorar e fomentar novas oportunidades de negócio dentro dos clientes, alinhadas aos objetivos e estratégia do cliente, focando na criação de valor para ambas as partes;
Garantir que o portfolio atual esteja alinhado ao mercado as necessidades dos cliente, propondo revisões e novos produto/serviços.

**Requisitos**:
Experiência em Entrega de Operações AMS: Sólida experiência em entrega de operações AMS (Application Management Services).

Conhecimento em SAP e não SAP: Experiência sólida tanto em soluções SAP quanto em outras tecnologias, demonstrando um entendimento amplo de diferentes sistemas.

Gestão Financeira: Habilidade em gerir aspectos financeiros de projetos e operações, incluindo orçamento, previsões e alocação de recursos.

Habilidade em Rotinas de Acompanhamento de Equipe: Capacidade de implementar rotinas eficazes para monitorar e orientar equipes, garantindo eficiência e qualidade.

Análise de Riscos: Proficiência em identificar e avaliar riscos operacionais, desenvolvendo estratégias para mitigação e resolução.

Experiência com Equipes Grandes: Histórico de trabalho bem-sucedido com equipes numerosas, compreendendo as dinâmicas e desafios de ambientes de grande escala.

Liderança de Gestores: Experiência prévia na liderança e gestão de outros líderes, demonstrando habilidades de orientação e desenvolvimento de líderes.

Atendimento a Clientes Grandes: Experiência comprovada em lidar com clientes de grande porte, compreendendo suas expectativas e necessidades complexas.

Validação de Propostas e Desenvolvimento de Soluções: Histórico de sucesso na validação de propostas de projetos e na colaboração com equipes para desenvolver soluções técnicas eficazes.
