**What you’ll do**:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Project Manager CIM
Location: São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Planning of project lifecycle phases and activities
- Support the Project Manager and project team to define high-level requirements in terms of features and User Stories
- Managing the customers’ expectations whilst safeguarding the delivery team
- Working with Business Analysts within the project team who are responsible for managing detailed requirements
- Keeping the team on track with the Agile process and adapting it as necessary for the given project context
- Keeping the team focused on meeting their goals and objectives
- Leading the team towards continuous improvement
- Motivating the team and fostering an environment where excellence can be achieved
- Support the Project Manager to manage project risks and dependencies
- Support the Project Manager to manage project resourcing and financials
- Support the Project Manager to track and reporting the project status to customer and internal management teams

**Who you are**:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Undergraduate students degree ( from 2nd semester or later, or be graduated in approximately 24 months).
- Interest on PM area
- Excellent communication skills both in Portuguese & English (oral and written);
- Attention to detail and high motivation.
- Proactive, positive, and fun.
- Collaborative & Team worker.
