**What you’ll do**:
**Position title**: SAP iXp Intern - Tech Talent Attraction

**Location**: São Leopoldo, RS / Hybrid
- Partner with recruiters in generating funnel metrics for targeted teams, you also will partner with the TA Director working on strategic projects on Proactive sourcing, finding new tools, and implementing changes to the TA Landscape at SAP.
- The SAP Tech Talent Attraction Intern will be responsible for driving business updates, which will allow and increase the business visibility to the actions TA is implementing in the America market.
- Structured and analytical work style.
- Good understanding of complex business processes.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to interact with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
- Coordinate and moderate internal events.

- Passion for Excel and being savvy on reporting
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Word
