**About the SAP Internship Experience Project**:
SAP Internship Experience Project is SAP’s global, paid internship program that provides university students with the opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

**What you’ll do**:
**Position Title**: SAP iXp Intern - Business Down Backoffice
**Location**: São Leopoldo, RS
- Develop the staffing process on a weekly basis;
- Control and manage the allocation of resources into Backoffice;
- Collaborate with colleagues aiming accomplishing MCC projects.
- Bring and implement suggestions and ideas.
- Collaborate with overall team initiatives.
- Be customer focused.
- Have an innovative mindset and eager to learn and develop new tasks.

**What you bring**:
We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on a very creative team and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Undergraduate students in IT or related areas (from the 2nd semester or later or to be graduated in approximately 24 months).
- Advanced English skills.
- Teamwork, pro-active and focus on results.
- Ability to understand and master new technologies quickly
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, open minded, resourceful, agile and pragmatic
- Enthusiastic to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

**Meet your team**:
SAP Mission Control Center Business Down Backoffice team is responsible to be the front line helping customers on critical situations that are considered as business down situations. Business Down Backoffice is a very technical team that deals with priority 1 incidents and/or critical cases as priority 2.
