The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

**What you’ll do**:
**Position title**:SAP iXp Intern - Support Consultant
**Location**:São Leopoldo, RS - Brazil (hybrid - 3 days minimum in office)
**Expected start date**: June, 2024

In a support capacity, you will have the following key responsibilities:

- Troubleshooting complex 3rd and 4th level issues reported by SAP partners via the web-based messaging system and providing the best available solution or workaround within the agreed service levels.
- Evaluating the impact of the reported issues on our client’s business.
- Liaising with Development Teams to identify bugs and missing product functionality.
- Capable in technical documentation and creation of knowledge-based assets.
- Participating in internal projects that drive Support Automation and Partner Enablement.

**What you bring**:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- University students enrolled in Business Administration or Accounting related courses, with at least two years until graduation.
- Knowledge of Brazilian Tax System.
- Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows).
- It is a plus: Knowledge of Relational Databases (E.g.: SQL Server, etc.), SQL language and database administration.
- Working in fast changing environments, acquiring, and sharing knowledge and improving processes.
- Continuous learner and faster adopter of new technology process
- Customer oriented, self-motivated, and pro-active working attitude.
- Good problem solving & analytical ability.
- Good customer focus & interpersonal skills.
- English (written & spoken). Spanish is an advantage.
