**Your new accountabilities**- Review P&L in detail for accuracy, including allocations and initiate any needed transactions.-
- Perform extremely complex and detailed financial and variance analysis on a variety of financial statements to include Actual results to Forecasts-
- Lead financial discussions with various levels of management to communicate financial results and reportsInteract with management, other divisions and external clients on any requests of information, reports, and resolve open issues.**_ Staff Meeting_**- Prepare all budget deliverables and variance explanations-
- Participate in the compilation of the budget and long-range planCommunicate, assist and meet with department managers on a regular basis during forecast, budget and planning processes to ensure proper information flow and offer advice in completing the department’s forecast schedule**_ Support_**- Perform special projects as required.-
- Assist to Accounting manager with reports to Corporation**Quality and experience**- Diploma or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting or Economy-
- Fluent in English-
- Broad knowledge and experience in MS office tools (Excel, powerpoint)-
- Other: 1-2 years experience in a similar position-
- Experience in financial reporting, P&L and Cash Flow analysis.**Nice to Have**
- Other: Experience in media companies
- Experience in Hyperion Financial Planning
- Spanish
