**Sales Administration Assistant F/M**

**Based in Brasil (Curitiba/PR)**

As the main point of contact with customers for operational matters, you will be supporting the Commercial Team in daily tasks related to sales order, logístical arrangement and customer support for South America region, except Brazil.**Your main tasks**:
Coordinating sales processing between customers and Phosphea production/export teams;
- Processing order placements and verifying import requirements for each client ;
- Preparing exportation documents to customers (bill of lading, invoice, etc);
- Handling customers enquiries when any with timely communications and prompt responses;
- Performing thorough follow up of orders until delivery to customers or warehouse;
- Working closely with appointed forwarding agents for port custom clearance;
- Quotation request and pricing negotiation for transportation cost (sea/land) when applicable;
- Maintain continuous records of all logístical activities until order delivery (data feed);
- Assist business development managers in the event of customer claims;**Experience level**:
**Your profile**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Commercial management or related areas;
- Organized, autonomous and proactive with good interpersonal skills;
- Seeking efficiency, with strong discernment skills;
- Responsible, open and transparent;
- Intermediary both in spoken/written English and Spanish
