Estamos procurando alguém para se juntar à nossa equipe no escritório de **São Paulo ou Florianópolis** na função de **Training & Development Specialist**.

Buscamos um(a) profissional para se juntar ao nosso time de People & Culture LATAM e ser responsável pela implementação de estratégias de aprendizado e desenvolvimento, implementação de programas, elaboração de cursos, planos de carreira, descrição de cargos, oficinas, elaboração e implementação das estratégias de desenvolvimento para o Brasil.

**Suas principais atividades serão**:

- Implementar planos de melhoria nas equipes, garantindo a melhoria de performance.
- Desenhar estratégias de retenção de talentos potenciais e críticos.
- Desenhar e implementar estratégias e programas voltados para aprendizagem.
- Desenhar roteiros de aprendizagem personalizados de acordo com os planos de carreira de cada área. Criação de academias corporativas.
- Elaborar e ministrar cursos, workshops e outros treinamentos.
- Analisar os indicadores de T&D do país, gerando insights e propondo melhorias.
- Participar de reuniões globais.
- Contribuir para a digitalização dos processos da área.
- Medição do clima organizacional e elaboração de plano de ação, fazer parte do comitê.
- Participar no desenho e implementação de diferentes programas da área (Buddy, mentoring, Employer Branding, sustentabilidade, D&I).
- Realizar a análise da estrutura organizacional (organograma, descrições de cargos, planos de carreira), garantindo o seu alinhamento a nível global.
- Criar/atualizar descrições de cargos e planos de carreira de acordo com as necessidades do negócio.
- Assegurar que todos os colaboradores tenham a descrição do cargo, plano de carreira e senioridade definidos.
- Avaliação de cargos e revisão de faixas salariais para garantia de equidade interna.
- Acompanhar o processo de promoções e movimentações, garantindo um processo transparente e livre de discriminação.
- Requisitos que você precisa atender:

- Experiência em processos de RH, Gestão de Talentos.
- Familiaridade com gerenciamento de desempenho através de software/ferramenta da área.
- Experiência com desenho e implementação de programas de treinamento para colaboradores
- Habilidade para desenhar e implementar programas e iniciativas de cultura e engajamento
- Conhecimento da legislação trabalhista local
- Fortes habilidades voltadas para visualização de dados
Domínio do Microsoft Office
- Inglês Upper Intermediate ou avançado
- Formação em RH, Psicologia, ou cursos correlatos
