Team Overview:
The Payment-BI team plays a key role in influencing business results in the brazilian territory. You will have a unique opportunity to join a international, dynamic, fast-growing team while getting involved in many aspects of payment business, collaborating with peers overseas and with key BR business stakeholders. across units and overseas.

Role Responsibilities:
You will work closely with your leader, supporting core workstreams such as guaranteeing quality and assertiveness of data pipelines, key analysis that drives business results and goal-setting for BR Payment Unit.

You will be a key owner of reports for the team, creating and structuring information in a clear and concise way in order to help senior business leaders in the decision making process.

You will report to the BI manager for Brazil, with room to grow, lead, and execute as you become a more experienced member of the team.

Role Qualifications:
Is currently enrolled in a higher education institution in Brazil.

Thoughtful and analytical, knowing how to structure a line of thought and to source, process, and present data.

Clear and concise communicator, both in speaking and writing.

You have a growth mindset, and are willing to go beyond job titles to take charge if needed.

You are a active listener, actually absorbing and processing information, specially when responding to feedback.

Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.

Basic Excel knowledge is a plus.

English in both written and oral formats is a plus.
