**Job Responsabilities**:

- Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process in Latin America region.
- Excellent sourcing skills, proficiency in Social Media recruiting platforms
- Work closely with the hiring managers and in line with on strategic global hiring programs.
- Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
- Procure people for different requirements and countries.
- Highly energized and self-driven with great passion for recruitment
- Strong relationship-building & team collaboration skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management or equivalent;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role;
- Advanced Office Package special for Excel (domain in Vlookup and PivotTable formulas);
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the Sap System (Success Factors) is a plus;
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, individually, in groups and across cultures.

**- English Advanced is mandatory (will be tested);**
- Spanish is a plus

- Workplace: Downtown - Rio de Janeiro
- Hybrid work (after the first two months on-site)
