**What will you be doing?**
- Responsável pela execução segura e eficiente das atividades gerais da Fabricação nos projetos, conforme as restrições de planejamento, custos associados e requisitos técnicos e de qualidade dos projetos. O profissional é o ponto de contato dos subcontratados de Fabricação e da empresa nos locais de fabricação.- Espera-se que ele/ela contribua para a criação de uma cultura positiva de HSEQ dentro da Subsea 7 e garanta familiaridade e adesão aos valores, códigos e práticas locais da empresa.- Dentro do projeto se reportará ao Gerente da Fabricação.**Responsabilidades e desafios principais**:

- Selecionar subcontratados e preparar negociação dos subcontratos de fabricação;
- Criar uma cultura de local de trabalho livre de incidentes, promovendo a segurança como o primeiro valor para a equipe de fabricação e subcontratados;
- Coordenar o subcontratado de fabricação e garantir a conformidade em HSE, Garantia e Controle da Qualidade, cronograma, custo, documentação e relatórios;
- Coordenar com Engenharia e SCM para qualquer aspecto relacionado ao subcontrato de fabricação;
- Entrar em contato com o Gerente de Fabricação do Local para ajudá-lo a gerenciar a equipe de fabricação;
- Planejar processo de fabricação e garantir que o Fabricante permaneça dentro do cronograma;
- Coordenar as interfaces entre a Subsea 7 e o subcontratado para atividades de fabricação, testes e operações de descarga;
- Manter boa comunicação entre a Subsea 7 e o subcontratado de fabricação, marcando assembleias, quando necessário, para tornar o ambiente colaborativo;
- Relatar regularmente o status de fabricação, incluindo questões associadas, riscos, progresso, cronograma antecipado etc.;
- Identificar o pedido de mudança potencial para a Subsea 7 ou Subcontratados, e participar do processo de pedido de mudança, em colaboração com a equipe dos projetos;
- Coordenar e acompanhar com a Subsea 7 e outros subcontratados para intervenção no local de fabricação;
- Acompanhar as interfaces com as fases pós-fabricação (transporte, instalação etc.) e preparação para aprovação da documentação final do subcontratado.

**HSE**
- Criar uma cultura de HSE positiva, garantindo a adesão e implementação do subcontratado de fabricação;
- Garantir que as instalações de fabricação estejam desenvolvendo, implementando e mantendo um Plano de Ação de HSE para o canteiro. Qualidade
- Garantir que o Plano de Qualidade de Produção/Plano de Inspeção e Testes, se necessário, esteja em vigor e seja seguido;
- Garantir que os Relatórios de Não Conformidade (RNC) sejam emitidos e encerrados, conforme e quando necessário;
- Garantir que o material consumível e a Matéria Prima sejam encomendados com o nível necessário de contingências/reserva e no prazo, além de garantir que o material seja armazenado conforme os requisitos dos projetos e os procedimentos da Subsea 7;
- Garantir que a Equipe de Controle de Qualidade dos projetos e do Fabricante estejam construindo a documentação final de maneira contínua.

**Qualidade**
- Garantir que o Plano de Qualidade de Produção/Plano de Inspeção e Testes, se necessário, esteja em vigor e seja seguido;
- Garantir que os Relatórios de Não Conformidade (RNC) sejam emitidos e encerrados, conforme e quando necessário;
- Garantir que o material consumível e a Matéria Prima sejam encomendados com o nível necessário de contingências/reserva e no prazo, além de garantir que o material seja armazenado conforme os requisitos dos projetos e os procedimentos da Subsea 7;
- Garantir que a Equipe de Controle de Qualidade dos projetos e do Fabricante estejam construindo a documentação final de maneira contínua.

- Formação técnica completa ou superior completa em Engenharias ou cursos relacionados as áreas exatas.**Cursos e conhecimentos específicos**:

- Conhecimentos em Pacote Office;
- Conhecimentos em MS Project e Cronograma de Fabricação;
- Inglês fluente;
- Motivado e adaptável para trabalhar com mudanças bruscas e ambientes fluidos;
- Execução orientada com habilidades de tomada de decisão comprovadas;- Boa capacidade de sintetizar informações;
