**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are hiring an INDIRECT CHANNEL SALES SUPPORT ANALYST to our INDIRECT CHANNEL team in São Paulo

**YOUR IMPACT**:

- The primary responsibility is to support the indirect channel sales team by making sure all processes regarding the launch of a new client run smoothly
- Help standardize the launching processes for the indirect channel clients
- Establish close relationships with sales executives, and other cross-functional teams to guarantee processes are adapted to the needs of our partners
- Monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to the projects and sales leadership to improve performance and relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Analyze and suggest process improvements to better support our sales team
- Guarantee all important partnership billing reports are released on time, validate them and connect with the partner to get approvals monthly

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Intermediate/Advanced in English
- Advanced level in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Great at problem solving
- Previous experience working directly with a sales team
- Solid interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Organized and with great prioritization skills
- Initiative to work on process improvement in a fast and dynamic environment
- Ability to generate empathy with clients and peers
- Practical, pragmatic and hands on
- Spanish is a plus
- Prior experience working with tools as Zendesk, Pipefy and Salesforce is a plus
