O Eu Médico Residente está em busca de um Team Leader Audiovisual com habilidades excepcionais para liderar sua equipe de audiovisual. Como líder, você será responsável por liderar uma equipe de profissionais de alta qualidade em nossos projetos de produção. Responsabilidades: - Gerenciar a equipe de operações audiovisuais, garantindo que as tarefas sejam realizadas com eficiência e eficácia. - Garantir a qualidade do trabalho, monitorando a qualidade do áudio, vídeo e iluminação em eventos ao vivo e produções de vídeos. - Desenvolver e implementar processos para garantir que as tarefas sejam realizadas de forma eficiente e eficaz. - Gerenciar o orçamento para eventos e produções de vídeo, garantindo que os recursos sejam alocados corretamente e que os custos sejam mantidos dentro do orçamento. - Resolver problemas que possam surgir durante as produções de vídeo e eventos ao vivo. - Manter-se atualizado com as tendências da indústria de operações audiovisuais para garantir que a equipe esteja atualizada com as últimas tecnologias e melhores práticas. - Fornecer feedback e orientação à equipe para ajudá-los a crescer e melhorar em suas habilidades. - Colaborar com outras equipes, como a equipe de marketing e a equipe de TI, para garantir que os eventos e produções de vídeo sejam bem-sucedidos. - Planejar e coordenar eventos, como transmissões ao vivo, produções de vídeo e eventos corporativos.
