Sys Support - Professional I

Implantar e prestar suporte principalmente em ocorrências de baixa ou média complexidade, atuando internamente, por acesso remoto ou através de visita técnica ao cliente.
Realizar atendimento a clientes, abrindo e registrando as ocorrências no sistema adotado pela empresa (Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
Analisar e solucionar as solicitações dos clientes (internos e externos), conforme complexidade da solicitação.
Comunicar o cliente a respeito da solução e/ou andamento da ocorrência e realizar o processo de encerramento do chamado.
Verificar a fila de ocorrências, chamadas telefônicas ou requisições de qualquer outro meio eletrônico vindas de clientes.
Atualizar os procedimentos de controle (CRM, Planilhas da Equipe ou da Área, etc.).
Realizar instalações /configurações das ferramentas e produtos envolvidos na atividade
