**PHARMACOVIGILANCE SPECIALIST (FIXED-TERM 12 months/ Home Based Position)**

This position reports to the Americas Regional Head of the Local Pharmacovigilance Organization and is based at **São Paulo, Brazil.**

**What you will do**

The **Pharmacovigilance Specialist **will support the Local Pharmacovigilance Organization in several PV processes and compliance tasks related to the vigilance of the Kenvue product portfolio, under the umbrella of the Local Safety Officers (LSOs).

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the LSOs on applicable operational tasks and ensure overall inspection readiness across the Local Pharmacovigilance Organization, collaborating closely with team members from all regions to ensure a consistent global approach to Safety.
- PV Contract Management:

- Manage and maintain oversight of commercial agreements across all regions.
- Ensure commercial agreements are reviewed to assess if a Pharmacovigilance Agreement (PVA) is recommended.
- Review the draft PVA to ensure its accuracy and support negotiation with Business Partners and execution in partnership with LSOs.
- Ensure accuracy of PSMF Annex B Commercial Agreements listing.
- Contribute to PVA process improvement initiatives.
- Procedural Document:

- Develop, update, and implement LPV procedures to ensure compliance with Kenvue global procedures and local requirements.
- Ensure current knowledge of all relevant company procedures and training.
- Collaboration & Support: Provide technical and strategic input and participate in projects/ workstreams led by the Medical Safety teams.

Qualifications

**What we are looking for**
- Desired Qualifications
- Qualification in Medical/ Health Sciences and/or proven equivalent experience in pharmacovigilance and safety issue management
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Fluent communication skills in English, any additional language is a plus.
- Ability to connect in a global organization.
- Desired Qualifications
- Proven ability to organize workflow activities.
- Awareness of and familiarity with industry principles of product vigilance, drug development, and pharmacology.
- Knowledge of global, regional, and local procedural documents as applicable.
- Computer literate with knowledge of relevant IT safety systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain open relationships within the organization.
