**Position Overview**:
**For the first 6 months, you can train during the day shift 9:00 am - 6:00 PM Brasilia Standard Time.**:

- **Ability to document solutions, update case notes and internal Con fluence**:

- **Handle high stress situations**:

- **Great English speaking skills and ability to communicate with our customers directly**:

- **Personal skills: independent, self-motivated, able to collaborate across a geographically distributed team.**:
