**RESPONSABILIDADES**:
Você e sua equipe de associados (as) são responsáveis por fazer com que os pedidos dos clientes da Amazon sejam processados e entregues;
Você é responsável por garantir que as pessoas sejam devidamente treinadas e que suas necessidades locais sejam atendidas para poderem se concentrar em seus trabalhos, incluindo a coordenação de tarefas, organização de processos e administração de turnos;
