Conhecimento específico desejáveis:

- Certificação Microsoft (MCSE ou equivalente); outras certificações de fornecedores em computação de usuário final são uma vantagem;
- Certificação ITIL Foundation;
- Experiência em Gestão de Tecnologia da Informação com foco em SCCM, Intune, Imaging, Packaging, Software Distribution, Exchange, colaboração, criptografia;
- Conhecimento técnico no portfólio de produtos da Microsoft (incluindo SO, System Center, IIS, SQL, Exchange, DFS, M365, etc.);
- Experiência com plataformas MDM como InTune, Airwatch e plataformas de SO móvel IOS/Android;
- Conhecimento em Azure AD;
- Conhecimento profundo de arquiteturas de computação para Workplace, plataformas de gerenciamento, gerenciamento de patches de segurança, linguagens de script como Powershell, política de grupo do Active Directory, orquestração e automação;
- Conhecimento de entendimento de plataformas e arquiteturas de virtualização;
- Experiência em hardware, periféricos e software de usuário final;
- Conhecimento de sistemas de manufatura e entendimento da arquitetura de TI de Tecnologia Operacional;
- Conhecimento prático de Active Directory, ADFS, DHCP, DNS, Virtualização;
- Boa compreensão e experiência prática no Microsoft Office 365, incluindo Sharepoint;
- Experiência em VoIP, soluções de videoconferência e implantação.
