**Job purpose**
- Follow export cargo process till full container delivery at port terminal and customs clearance.

**Main responsibilities and obligations of position**

1. Assist and encourage all clients to pick up container, submit SI, deliver and clear their cargo in time.

2. Generate and send VGM List and REEFER/IMO manifest to all Port Operators or their responsible agency, until Cargo Cutoff.

3. Responsible for the cargo deadline closure, including after work time (on duty) when requested / necessary.

4. Responsible for adjustments (cuts) at Port Terminal (in case some overbooking / omission / cutrun).

5. After vessel departure, ensure that all ready cargo informed on Cargo Readiness Final report has been in fact loaded.

6. Responsible for to inform Booking Desk team to ?clean up? vessel after each deadline (SI / gate) in each POL.

7. Send Individual Booking Report (IBR) to partner companies and relevant departments.

8. Identify, research and solve customers? issues.
