Responsible for whole process of Import Documentation
- Ensure that all mandatories information CNPJ, First POL, First Vessel, Transhipment Port, Transhipment vessel, NCM, Tare, Weight, M3, Charges were duly transferred to our system (Modallport) in order to avoid fine to Cosco and negative impact to our customers.
- Submit Cargo Manifest to Customs System (Import Cargo from Abroad to Brazil and Transit Cargo from Abroad to BUE/MVD).
- Send relevant documents to Terminal Operator and Authorities in order to enable them discharge all cargoes accordingly.
- Issue Dangerous Cargo Declaration in PSP System (**Port Authority System**) after cargo manifest be transferred automatically from Customs System.
- Issue DAD into Supervias System (**Santos Port Authority**).
- Close vessel in our systems (IRIS4 and Modallport)
- Send Cargo Manifest to Datamar (Statistic Company).
- Send Arrival Notice to Customer´s via our systems (Modallport and IRIS4)
- Send Discharge Confirmation to Customer´s via Modall System after receive Discharge list from Terminal Operator.
