**Job Profile / Activities**:

- Support of all elements within the data protection technology discipline; architectural modeling for hardware and software based solutions aligned with specific business requirements.
- Keep up to date with industry trends; and support the introduction of new technologies. Evaluate new solutions and develop corporate and departmental standards for their use.
- Be responsible for the reliability and performance of the data protection service for the company. Supervision of operational issues, understanding customer needs and impacts; service delivery in line with ITSM best practices working with multiple operational support teams and strategic vendors to ensure services meet customer expectations
- Provide data protection related advice to individuals, departments or divisions within a business unit. Work as part of a global team - support projects that span geographies, architectures and hardware/software layers.
- Maintain and improve IT control documentation related to data protection services (backup)
- Provide project leadership, expert advice and advice to IT personnel, management and project teams on the more complex aspects of technical environments that must be integrated with other solutions (developed and/or acquired in-house).
- Develop processes or recommend process improvements to provide reliable, cost-effective services across all functional lines. Compliance support and business-led events, including annual disaster recovery events.

**Basic Qualifications**:
**Education**:Bachelor’s Degree

**Experience**:The position requires broad knowledge/deep understanding of the functions and importance of data protection systems; backup and restore and this should include disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and ransomware protection/response elements. Knowledge of Dell DataDomain technology. Business process acumen, project leadership experience working and experience working as part of a global organization.

**Language**:Pré-Advanced English

**Travel**:Based on project requirement

**Work time/Shift**:Work in alignment with US, Morton time zone.

**Desirable Qualifications**:
Knowledge of Dell technologies including Avamar, PowerProtect Cyber Recovery and RP4VM. Knowledge of backup tools and services such as those provided by Druva, Rubrik, and cloud-native backup systems on Azure and AWS.

Experience in communicating to technical and non-technical groups and individuals.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Worked in an enterprise architecture role comprised of architects, specialists, and vendors.

Able to build and maintain effective working relationships

Extensive technical and process experience; cloud certifi
