The Challenge:
As the Head of Johnnie Walker Brazil, you will take on the exciting challenge of taking the brand's vibrancy into new highs, ensuring it stays connected to evolving cultures and societal trends. Your mission is clear: fuel the "keep walking" positioning to not only sustain our status as the top whisky brand but to elevate us as the most loved brand in the total beverage alcohol (TBA) market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead with a top-tier ecosystem of agencies and partners to develop the brand positioning and marketing plan.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the global brand vision while addressing the unique dynamics of the Brazilian market.
- Foster innovation to keep the brand fresh, relevant, and appealing to the next generation of whisky enthusiasts.
- Lead a dynamic team of managers and analysts, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Establish and nurture key partnerships with influencers, cultural icons, and other stakeholders to amplify the brand's presence.
- Drive category development by strategically positioning Johnnie Walker as the go-to choice not only for whisky enthusiasts but, above all, for all responsible alcohol drinkers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of successful leadership in branding & marketing, preferably within the spirits or consumer goods industry.
- Analytical capability to build insights and guide the strategic direction of the brand.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and an eye for emerging opportunities.
- Deep understanding of Brazilian consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.
- At least 5 years’ of senior management experience in Marketing and/or Sales at an FMCG company
