**Introduction**
As a Service Delivery Specialist, you are the face of IBM for our customers. Your clients' success depends on your ability to understand their needs and respond to requests for new services. This role is an integral part of both account planning and delivering support strategies, working to proactively monitor problems, change processes, and handle issues to ensure our customers success.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
The Security Analyst will be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day operations of customer

environments. The Security Analyst will work on shifts (1 or 2) to monitor tickets queue for many customers environment specially to support firewalls environments.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
Good Network and TCP/IP skill

Basic Firewall Skill (Cisco ASA, Fortigate, Juniper, Check Point and Palo Alto)

Basic Knowledge of IPS skills (Cisco FirePower, Fortigate, Check Point and Palo Alto)

Basic Knowledge of Cloud Security (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure)

Basic Knowledge of URL Filtering (Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortigate, Forcepoint, BlueCoat)

Basic Knowledge of WAF (Imperva, CloudFlare, FortiWeb, Akamai)

Basic Knowledge of Endpoint (AntiVirus, Antimalware)

Basic Knowledge of AntiSpam (EOP and Cisco ESA)

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
